I have 20 years of experience with creative facilitation: running immersive client workshops, creating visual recordings of conferences, facilitating creative training and teaching at the university level. Shaping creativity “in-the-moment” and using visual tools to engage and inspire participants is a studio specialty.

Training & Education

Craighton Berman Studio offers services in planning and facilitating workshops in design-thinking, ideation & brainstorming sessions. Additionally the studio is available for graphic recording in worksessions, conferences and for live events.

Visual thinking techniques include: graphic facilitation of meetings and workshops, event-based graphic recording & sketchnoting, concept ideation, experience storyboarding, and strategic mapping.

I have taught courses at the university level at University of Illinois at Chicago, School of the Visual Arts, Illinois Institute of Technology and School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Additionally I have run skills training workshops in visual thinking, ideation, and design-entrepreneurship at conferences and for corporations.
