Monthly illustration feature for Dwell magazine's In The Modern World section. Each month I created a "visual table of contents" consisting of absurdist misinterpretations of the articles within.
For 17 issues from 2011-2013 I had the thrilling opportunity of drawing an entire page in an internationally distributed magazine. Not only that, but I was encouraged to poke fun at the topics. This was one of my first major freelance gigs while I was still full-time employed and I had no idea how hard it was to come by steady editorial illustration projects like this. Those were the days. ︎
